Senior Dialysis Nurse
Exceptional New Opportunity: Senior Staff Nurse in Dialysis Clinic (Farnborough, Hampshire)
We are seeking a committed Senior Staff Nurse to join an exceptional dialysis clinic in the Farnborough, Hampshire area, working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers. The clinic delivers cutting-edge state-of-the-art care with technologically advanced equipment.
About the Role
To be considered, you must be a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
As a Senior Staff Nurse, your key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-standard, individualised care while promoting patient-focused care
- Mentoring and supporting team members
- Providing safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions
- Collaborating within the multidisciplinary team and external organisations/hospital trusts
- Leading shifts
- Ensuring effective communication with patients, users, and service providers at all times
- Adhering to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, while assisting in their implementation and review
- Continuously updating knowledge and skills to enhance care for renal patients
- Promoting evidence-based practice and contributing to evaluations that improve patient care

- Renal nursing experience (desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to change
- Good interpersonal skills (friendly, approachable)
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
Benefits
- Excellent annual salary: £39,000–£40,000 per annum (DOE)
- Permanent full-time role (day shifts, Monday–Saturday)
- Generous location allowance: £4,500
- 35 days paid leave per annum (including bank holidays)
- Flexible working timings + additional benefits
