Senior Dialysis Nurse

Exceptional New Opportunity: Senior Staff Nurse in Dialysis Clinic (Farnborough, Hampshire)

We are seeking a committed Senior Staff Nurse to join an exceptional dialysis clinic in the Farnborough, Hampshire area, working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers. The clinic delivers cutting-edge state-of-the-art care with technologically advanced equipment.

About the Role

To be considered, you must be a Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin.

As a Senior Staff Nurse, your key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-standard, individualised care while promoting patient-focused care
  • Mentoring and supporting team members
  • Providing safe haemodialysis treatment in line with patient prescriptions
  • Collaborating within the multidisciplinary team and external organisations/hospital trusts
  • Leading shifts
  • Ensuring effective communication with patients, users, and service providers at all times
  • Adhering to company procedures, guidelines, and policies, while assisting in their implementation and review
  • Continuously updating knowledge and skills to enhance care for renal patients
  • Promoting evidence-based practice and contributing to evaluations that improve patient care

Benefits

  • Excellent annual salary: £39,000–£40,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Permanent full-time role (day shifts, Monday–Saturday)
  • Generous location allowance: £4,500
  • 35 days paid leave per annum (including bank holidays)
