£45,000 - £55,000 + bonus London (2 days per week)

Our client

We’re supporting a digital healthcare consultancy through a period of high growth. After being acquired by the market leader in their industry, our client is poised to deliver on their ambitious expansion plans as their client base continues to grow.

This agency crafts experiences across web, paid media, CRM, content and SEO, building growth programmes that align with client objectives. They aim to redefine growth in their industry, delivering lasting and impactful change whilst taking the stress of marketing away from their clients.

The role

We’re hiring for a Senior Digital Account Manager to join the Client Services team and become the primary digital contact for a number of clients.

As Digital Account Manager, you’ll build trust, create clarity, and ensure that strategy, delivery, and performance are aligned. This role is the primary day-to-day contact for clients and will lead calls & reviews, translating digital strategy into actions.

We’re looking for someone with strong digital marketing knowledge & agency experience, commercial acumen and client-facing digital strategy experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
