Job Title: Senior Digital Acquisition Manager

Location: Euston, London / Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00

The Senior Digital Acquisition Manager will own and evolve the organisation’s email marketing and marketing automation strategy, using customer data, behavioural insights and lifecycle journeys to build a high-performing acquisition and conversion engine.

This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced digital specialist who wants to shape how we attract, nurture and convert customers at scale. You will bring deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM and lifecycle marketing to design sophisticated, data-driven customer journeys that improve engagement, conversion and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end email marketing and automation strategy, including segmentation, campaign planning, execution and continuous optimisation.
  • Design and manage automated lifecycle journeys (e.g. welcome, nurture, abandonment, re-engagement and retention flows) within the marketing automation platform.
  • Develop and execute advanced segmentation and personalisation strategies using behavioural, transactional and CRM data.
  • Ensure email deliverability, list health and GDPR compliance, protecting sender reputation and inbox placement.
  • Analyse and report on campaign and automation performance, translating insights into actionable improvements and revenue growth.
  • Build and optimise customer lifecycle programmes that improve lead conversion, retention and long-term engagement.
  • Own a structured A/B and multivariate testing roadmap across email and automation journeys, embedding learnings into ongoing optimisation.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on email and automation, partnering with stakeholders, agencies and vendors to drive performance and innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
