snuggs is on an exciting journey 🚀 As we continue to grow, we’re focusing on building a strong team foundation that will support our scaling phase in the years ahead! In this role, as a (Senior) Digital Ads Designer, you’ll create engaging digital ads and visually impactful brand assets while contributing to the creative strategy behind our campaigns. You will support the growth of the snuggs brand by developing standout visuals across multiple channels and ensuring an elevated visual identity. What You'll Do Design high-performing digital ads while contributing to the creative strategy behind campaign concepts and executions Create standout visuals for product launches and brand campaigns across web, social media, OOH, TV, and additional marketing channels Edit and retouch images, prepare production-ready assets, and maintain high accuracy across both digital and print formats Collaborate closely with the brand, growth, and content teams to ensure a consistent and elevated visual identity across all touch points Support the development and evolution of snuggs’ visual identity and brand guidelines Stay up to date with design, fashion, and digital marketing trends to continuously bring fresh creative ideas to the team What Makes You a Great Fit Strong professional experience in graphic, visual, or brand design (ideally working with fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands) Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator A sharp eye for typography, composition, color, and visual storytelling Experience creating assets for both digital and print production, with attention to detail Ability to balance creativity with performance-oriented design thinking Fluency in English, Czech is a plus What We Offer The chance to be part of a mission-driven, innovative company, with the opportunity to make a real impact on our development 📈 Significant discount on our products 🧡 Hybrid working model with 3 days onsite and 2 days in HO 🏢 Office snacks and refreshments to keep you energized throughout the day 🥗 We have offices also in Prague and Berlin - with the opportunity to travel occasionally, work on-site, and connect with colleagues 🏠 25 vacation days per year 🏝️ A personal educational budget to support your growth and self-development 🧑‍🎓 Regular company gatherings and team-building events 👯
