Senior Digital Analyst

This role sits within the Analytics Sales Platform of our Customer Analytics & Data Solutions Division.
About the Role
As a Senior Digital Analyst, you'll deliver advanced analytics and insights that drive business performance and customer experience improvements within a specific domain at TUI. Working within the Customer Analytics & Data Solutions function, you'll conduct complex analyses, develop reporting solutions, and translate data into actionable recommendations. You'll serve as a subject matter expert, providing analytical guidance to stakeholders while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business value, including customer journeys and conversion funnels.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions, creating interactive visualizations while ensuring data accuracy. Automate processes where possible.
- Translate advanced analytical findings into clear narratives and actionable recommendations, developing business cases and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert, guiding analytical approaches, answering complex questions, and mentoring junior analysts in technical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics work with business requirements and objectives, developing analytical plans and identifying process improvements.
- Implement methodological enhancements, document workflows, create reusable templates, and standardise analytical approaches to boost delivery efficiency.
- Proactively identify analytics opportunities to add value, proposing initiatives that drive performance improvements and suggesting new metrics for tracking.
- Stay updated with analytics tools and industry trends, continuously developing skills, applying new techniques, and sharing insights with the team.

About You
You should bring the following expertise and mindset:
- Strong analytical expertise with proficiency in working with complex datasets and deriving meaningful insights.
- Experience with digital analytics, including tools like Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of A/B testing, data best practices, dataLayers, and data governance principles.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings clearly and data storytelling to senior leaders.
- Demonstratable problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience in stakeholder management at all levels, including building influential relationships and ensuring project alignment with business objectives.
