Adaptive & Co

Adaptive & Co is a digital analytics and performance marketing consultancy and a Certified Google Marketing Platform Partner with teams across the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia. We work with global brands across E-commerce, B2B SaaS, travel, financial services, retail, and education on measurement strategy, GA4 and GTM (web and server-side), CMP and consent, analysis, data visualization, paid media measurement, and training.

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Analytics & Measurement Consultant to own client engagements as the senior analytics voice in the room. The split is roughly 70% strategy and consulting, 30% guiding implementation - not building containers or writing transformations yourself, but directing the engineers who do, reviewing their work, and translating it back into something the client's marketing, product, and exec teams can act on.

This is a role for someone who has done the technical work, knows what good looks like, and is now most valuable as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to clients - backed by a team of data architects, engineers, data scientists, data visualization experts, media experts, and project managers who deliver outstanding value across the data strategy, collection, activation, and marketing lifecycle.

You'll work alongside our Head of Solution Design and Practice Consultants, and collaborate closely with our media experts, across the three pillars of our delivery model:

  • Data Foundations: Discovery, consultation, strategy, solution architecture, and implementation oversight
  • Digital Intelligence: Analysis, insights generation, and strategic consultation
  • Activation: Paid media, audience activation, and conversion programs that turn insight into business outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Scope

  • Lead client engagements end-to-end - own the relationship, the scope, the roadmap, and the outcome
  • Run measurement strategy workshops - KPI trees, event taxonomies, attribution approach, consent posture - and turn them into roadmaps the engineering team can build against
  • Direct our implementation engineers across GA4, GTM (web and server-side), BigQuery, CMP, Enhanced Conversions, and Meta CAPI; review their output, unblock decisions, and sign off on releases
  • Partner with our media experts to turn measurement and insight into paid media, audience activation, and conversion programs that move client outcomes
  • Lead structured and ad-hoc analysis, and shape the visualization work that turns it into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
  • Audit and troubleshoot inherited analytics configurations as part of new engagements
  • Educate client teams on analytics best practices through training and embedded ways of working
  • Shape SOWs, scoping, and pricing alongside the leadership team
  • Contribute to how we work: playbooks, internal tooling, and how we package services

Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years in digital analytics, with meaningful time both implementing and consulting
  • Deep, hands-on familiarity with GA4 and GTM (web and server-side) - you can read a container, spot a bad implementation, and guide an engineer through exactly what needs to change
  • Working knowledge of consent and CMP tooling (OneTrust, Cookiebot, CookiePro, or similar), Advanced Consent Mode, and the practical implications of GDPR, ePrivacy, and CCPA on measurement
  • Experience with paid media measurement integrations - Enhanced Conversions, Meta CAPI, and the offline conversion patterns enterprise clients actually use
  • Strong grasp of the major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn) from a measurement and tagging perspective
  • Data visualization fluency - Looker Studio at minimum, with the UX instinct to know what makes a dashboard usable
  • Comfort designing and delivering analytics training for client teams at varying levels of maturity
  • Client leadership: you've owned senior stakeholder relationships, made the case for tough recommendations, and run engagements without a partner shadowing you
  • Excellent written documentation and slide-based presentation skills
