About PAIR

PAIR is the AI adoption layer that turns tool deployment into measurable business outcomes. We work with ambitious organisations across the UK, from enterprise customers to public sector bodies, helping them move beyond AI hype and into everyday, high-impact use. Our work combines live enablement for leaders with a product layer that helps teams build AI skills into daily workflows, measure impact and stay current as the technology evolves.

Our product is already live with major organisations including the Ministry of Justice, You.com and The MTC. We have more than 15,000 users, over £1m ARR, and backing from top-tier investors including Seedcamp, Venrex, Tom Hulme and Steve Garnett.

We believe humans should remain the main characters. AI is an extraordinary tool, but the organisations that will thrive are those that pair the best of human intelligence with the best of artificial intelligence.

Your Work

Your work will centre on three areas.

Web and product storytelling

  • Turn product features, workflows, demo moments and customer outcomes into visual narratives people can understand quickly.
  • Design and build high-quality pages in Framer, including feature pages, landing pages, product storytelling pages and updates to pairnow.ai.
  • Create product visuals and lightweight motion assets for web, email, social, product updates and GTM materials.
  • Work with Product and Marketing to make product value easier to explain without reducing it to a list of features.

GTM and customer-facing design

  • Design sales materials, Customer Success assets, customer proof, product explainers, partner materials, social assets, and ROI / outcome visuals.
  • Create deck and document systems that support repeatable sales and customer conversations.
  • Support product marketing work where the product story needs to be sharper, clearer or more persuasive.
  • Help translate customer outcomes and enterprise positioning into credible design.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Use AI pragmatically to speed up exploration, prototyping and production without lowering the quality bar.

What Success Looks Like in 12 Months

  • Our website pairnow.ai has stronger in-house web and feature-page capability.
  • Product features, workflows and customer outcomes are easier to explain visually.
  • Sales and Customer Success materials are clearer, more reusable and more credible.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Excellent visual design craft across layout, typography, hierarchy, composition and polish.
  • Strong digital brand judgement across web, sales, customer-facing and product marketing surfaces.
  • Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, enterprise, technical products or similarly complex commercial audiences.
  • Confidence designing and building in Framer, or strong experience in comparable no-code web tools and willingness to work primarily in Framer.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with the judgement to choose the right tool for the output.
  • Experience creating sales, Customer Success, GTM or product marketing materials, such as pitch decks, customer proof, product explainers, ROI / outcome visuals or reusable templates.
  • Ability to turn product features, workflows and customer outcomes into clear visual narratives.
  • Ability to create or direct simple product and brand motion assets.
  • Practical use of AI to speed up exploration, prototyping or production without lowering the quality bar.
  • Strong ownership: able to turn rough direction into polished, commercially useful design.

Useful Extras

  • Experience with AI, workforce transformation or technical products.
  • Jitter, Rive, After Effects or similar motion tools.
  • Webflow or other no-code web tools.
  • Paid social or campaign creative.
  • Strong understanding of reusable brand systems, template systems or campaign asset systems.

How We Work

We are building a high-performance team with ambitious growth goals.

  • We move quickly, care about what ships, and hold a high bar for the quality of the work.
  • We favour clear thinking, strong craft and practical systems over heavy process.
  • You’ll work closely with people across Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product.
  • You’ll need to be comfortable with pace, ambiguity, ownership and direct feedback.

This is a strong fit for someone who wants responsibility, visible impact and the chance to help raise the design standard at an important stage of PAIR’s growth. It will not suit someone looking for a slower or heavily managed design role.
