Senior Digital Business Analyst
Job Summary
As a Senior Digital Business Analyst, you will work within a collaborative, agile, and cross-functional environment to deliver solutions across a range of platforms. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of digital projects and improvements across a forward-thinking Healthcare Organisation.
You will lead the analysis on how technology can be used to:
- Develop new systems and transform existing services
- Support business needs
In addition, you will:
- Analyse and evaluate business processes
- Analyse stakeholder objectives
- Investigate business requirements
- Identify potential benefits and options for consideration
Main Duties of the Job
- Analyse and evaluate business processes, identifying alternative solutions and assessing process feasibility while articulating process requirements
- Analyse stakeholder objectives to investigate business requirements and define potential benefits and options
- Handle complex analysis activities in often contentious situations, ensuring common understanding of challenging and difficult ideas
- Model current and desired scenarios using appropriate modelling techniques, gaining agreement from subject matter experts and resolving stakeholder issues with resultant models
- Work across multiple analysis disciplines involving complex or heterogeneous incoming data, requiring prompt, efficient, and consistent consideration and response

Further responsibilities include:
- Reviewing multiple process streams of conflicting data, identifying anomalies to extract value from relevant, critical data (supplier or internal)
- Producing accurate and timely reports on the performance of analysed areas for suppliers or end users
- Rapidly identifying risks or issues relating to or uncovered by analysis activities, ensuring they are formally raised with line/project/service management
Job Responsibilities
The post holder is responsible for ensuring the delivery of digital projects and improvements across a forward-thinking Healthcare Organisation. Duties include:
- Leading analysis on technology-driven development of new systems and transformation of services to offer digital solutions that enhance patient experience and improve outcomes
- Evaluating and analysing business processes, stakeholder objectives, and business requirements
- Identifying potential benefits and key actionable options
- Reviewing care pathways and processes across a range of settings, working closely with clinical staff and patients while creating business cases
- Developing requirements, mapping "as is" and "to be" processes, and identifying benefits and their realisation

Work Environment:
- Collaborating as part of an Agile multidisciplinary project team
- Working closely with stakeholders throughout the delivery process

Qualifications
Essential
- In-depth specialist knowledge of non-routine work procedures, typically gained via:
- A degree or equivalent qualification
- Additional expertise through training and relevant experience equivalent to a master’s degree level
- Comprehensive knowledge of business modelling techniques
- Hands-on experience in obtaining input from and communicating modelling results to senior managers for discussion and agreement
Desirable
- Certifications in Agile methodologies
Disclosure Requirements:
