About The Job You're Considering
As part of Capgemini’s Cloud & Custom Applications business area, you’ll join a high-performing Business Analysis community that plays a central role in shaping digital services for some of the UK’s largest private and public sector organisations. Our teams work at the heart of transformation programmes — helping clients modernise their technology, redesign user experiences, and build solutions that make a real difference.
In this role, you’ll be part of multidisciplinary delivery teams where Business Analysts are trusted partners from day one. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, product leads, and stakeholders to uncover needs, define outcomes, and guide the creation of user-centred digital products and services. No two projects are the same, and your work will span discovery through to delivery, with opportunities to contribute your insight, creativity, and problem-solving skills at every stage.
We’re looking for people who are curious, collaborative, and motivated by helping clients achieve meaningful change. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy working in fast-moving environments, asking the right questions, shaping clarity from complexity, and building strong relationships. Whether you’re early in your career or highly experienced, you’ll join a supportive community that invests in your growth and values the impact you make.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and business users to understand their needs and translate them into clear, well-defined requirements that guide digital solutions.
- Represent the voice of the user throughout delivery, helping keep teams aligned and ensuring decisions support the overall vision.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, developers, and testers to shape customer journeys, solution designs, and delivery approaches.
- Support project planning by contributing to estimates, resourcing discussions, and delivery timelines.
- Continuously improve how we work by sharing insights, reusable assets, and good practice across the business analysis community - for senior roles: mentor and support junior colleagues, helping them grow their skills and confidence.
- You can bring your whole self to work. At Capgemini building an inclusive future is part of everyday life and will be part of your working reality. We have built a representative and welcoming environment, for everyone.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
