Senior Digital Campaign Designer £45,000–£50,000 | Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire

We’re seeking a Senior Digital Campaign Designer to join our dynamic creative team, where impactful campaign execution drives high-performing results across digital channels. This role focuses on realising paid social, display, CRM and digital content campaigns, not new brand creation. You’ll work at pace, delivering creative that resonates at scale.

About the Role

A Senior Digital Campaign Designer ensures that digital campaigns deliver maximum impact through engaging, strategic creative work. Key activities include:

  • Developing and rolling out high-volume, cross-channel digital campaigns
  • Crafting assets for paid social, display, web and CRM environments
  • Adapting creative for diverse audiences, performance goals, and platforms
  • Translating campaign briefs into striking visuals aligned with brand strategy and objectives
  • Refining ideas through collaborators—marketing, performance, and creative teams—then optimising based on feedback and KPIs

This is a fast-paced role where creativity meets measurable results, with a strong emphasis on thoughtful execution over creation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
