About the Role
MARI is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across our portfolio of Arts & Entertainment events. The role focuses on driving audience growth, increasing engagement, and maximising ticket sales through integrated campaigns across channels such as social media, email, paid digital, and content marketing.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the role ensures campaigns are aligned with wider marketing and commercial objectives. It involves managing end-to-end campaign delivery, optimising performance through data and insights, and continuously improving digital activity to enhance reach, conversion, and overall event success.

This is a permanent role, and qualified candidates must be based in London. This role reports to the Senior Digital Manager, supporting primarily Taste of London and The Chimney Lift, and any other events as needed.
What Success Looks Like
- High-performing digital content and campaigns which audience engagement and conversion across social, email, website and paid media channels.
- Customer database growth through effective marketing initiatives and acquisition strategies.
- Improvements to digital campaign effectiveness and ROI based on data-driven insights and analysis.
- Identification and execution of content, partnership and influencer opportunities that improve digital campaign performance and commercial outcomes.
What You'll Own
- Plan, create and publish engaging content across social channels, website and email, with quality copywriting
- Support and execute digital marketing strategies to drive engagement, growth and sales.
- Collaborate on paid media campaigns and digital partnerships, existing and new opportunities.
- Manage and optimise social media presence, monitoring trends, competitor activity and community interaction.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, using data and insights to inform recommendations

What You Bring
- Proven experience in either a Social Media or Digital marketing role
- Understanding and enthusiasm for digital marketing in practice
- Interest and passion for live events, culinary and music
- Up on current social media trends, technology, platforms and best practice is imperative
- Experience in CRM, Photoshop and Capcut (or similar)
