Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Digital Content Developer

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Digital Content Developer to join an innovative, growing organisation that delivers cutting-edge digital learning solutions across a range of exciting sectors.

Location: Harwell Campus, Oxfordshire

Salary: £39,000 - £44,000 DOE

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications to be considered:

  • Relevant qualification in Digital Learning, Instructional Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven experience developing high-quality eLearning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems and SCORM packages
  • Strong knowledge of digital accessibility standards including WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Acrobat
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong digital learning portfolio
  • Ability to develop engaging, learner-focused content from storyboards and learning specifications
  • Experience testing, troubleshooting and deploying digital learning solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Eligibility to obtain the level of UK Security Clearance required by client contracts
