Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Digital Content Developer
We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Digital Content Developer to join an innovative, growing organisation that delivers cutting-edge digital learning solutions across a range of exciting sectors.

Location: Harwell Campus, Oxfordshire
Salary: £39,000 - £44,000 DOE
Candidate Requirements
Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications to be considered:
- Relevant qualification in Digital Learning, Instructional Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience developing high-quality eLearning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems and SCORM packages
- Strong knowledge of digital accessibility standards including WCAG 2.2 AA
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Acrobat
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong digital learning portfolio
- Ability to develop engaging, learner-focused content from storyboards and learning specifications
- Experience testing, troubleshooting and deploying digital learning solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Eligibility to obtain the level of UK Security Clearance required by client contracts

Desirable experience includes:
- Moodle, LearnUpon, LearnWorlds or other LMS platforms
- H5P, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Bootstrap
- WordPress and Elementor
- Video, animation and audio production
- Mentoring or supporting junior developers
- Experience within Defence, Government, Public Sector or other regulated industries
