Senior Digital Designer
We're looking for a Senior Digital Designer to help shape the next generation of digital experiences at BGN.
This role sits at the intersection of design, motion, and development. You'll be responsible for creating beautifully crafted digital experiences whilst helping bridge the gap between creative ambition and technical delivery.
Working closely with strategists, motion designers, and developers, you'll play a key role in defining how our brands come to life online, from websites and digital products to campaigns and interactive experiences.
This is an opportunity for someone who loves pushing digital design standards and wants to help create work that is both strategically smart and creatively ambitious.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of websites, digital experiences, and user interfaces from concept through to delivery
- Translate brand strategy into engaging and intuitive digital experiences
- Collaborate closely with motion designers to integrate movement and interaction into digital projects
- Work alongside developers to ensure creative ideas are both ambitious and achievable
- Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs
- Develop design systems and component libraries that improve consistency and scalability
- Help establish best practice across digital design, motion, and development workflows
- Present work confidently to both internal teams and clients
- Support and mentor junior members of the creative team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
