Senior Digital Designer / Associate Digital Design Director – London (Hybrid) – Full-time, £52–65k
Are you a Senior Digital Designer who thrives on bold, high-concept digital experiences? A talent-driven branding agency with studios in London and Los Angeles is seeking a creative leader to shape its digital output, working across UX/UI, motion, and design systems for ambitious global brands.
The Opportunity
As Senior Digital Designer, you’ll:
- Lead UX/UI projects from concept to developer handoff
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that blend strategic thinking with bold execution
- Shape the creative vision for digital products
- Present confidently to clients and elevate the ambition of the studio’s digital work
- Develop into an influential design voice within a collaborative, euros-free culture

About You
This role is perfect for a Senior Digital Designer who excels in:
- Web and mobile UX/UI expertise
- Advanced Figma proficiency
- A user-centred, responsive, and accessible design approach
- Integrating motion design into interface work
- Engaging with AI-powered tools like Lovable
- Bridging strategy and pixel-level execution
- Please select one: Coding, illustration, brand strategy, and/or ESG interest are a bonus
