About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join our leading independent branding agency in London.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a key creative role in shaping and delivering exceptional digital experiences across UX, UI, websites, and brand-led digital products. From concept to delivery, you’ll collaborate closely with strategists, brand designers, copywriters, and developers, ensuring that work is both strategically sound and visually compelling.
This is a hands-on role where curiosity, craft, and speed of thinking are essential. You’ll need to explore ideas rapidly, iterate designs, and bring digital experiences to life with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of websites and digital experiences from concept through to delivery
- Translate brand strategy into engaging digital products and interfaces
- Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Develop scalable design systems that support long-term growth and consistency
- Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, developers, and project managers
- Work with developers to maintain design quality during build phases
- Present work confidently, clearly articulating design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
- Explore interaction, motion, and animation to enhance user engagement
- Prototype ideas quickly using modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows
- Help shape and evolve the studio’s digital design standards and best practices
- Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and fostering collaboration
- Stay curious and up to date with emerging technologies and design trends

About You
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer with the following expertise and mindset:
Experience & Skills
- 6+ years’ experience in digital design, UX/UI, or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital work across websites or products
- Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centred design
- Highly proficient in Figma and modern design workflows
- Balanced approach to strategy and execution, comfortable owning projects end-to-end
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work through ambiguity and ambiguity
- Clear communication and confidence in presenting/defending design decisions to clients and stakeholders
