SENIOR BRAND DESIGNER (DIGITAL SYSTEMS & CRM) – HIGH-GROWTH DIGITAL CONSUMER BRAND

This is an opportunity to join one of Europe's fastest-growing technology businesses at a pivotal stage of growth. Operating globally and serving millions of customers, the company is investing heavily in the evolution of its creative, digital and customer experience capabilities.

They're looking for a Senior Digital Designer who sees design as more than a collection of individual assets. This role sits at the intersection of brand, systems and performance: combining high-quality creative execution with the ability to build the templates, workflows and design foundations that allow an entire team to move faster and smarter.

Working closely with teams across growth, retention and product, you'll shape customer-facing campaigns spanning email, social and digital experiences, all the while embedding new ways of working that leverage AI, automation and scalable design systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
