Senior Brand & Marketing Designer – Strong Email/CRM Focus

A fast-scaling, product-led consumer technology business is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to shape and refine its visual identity across global marketing touchpoints. Operating at an international scale, this brand is experiencing strong growth, driven by emotionally resonant storytelling.

The Role This position sits at the heart of the marketing organisation, collaborating closely with Retention, Acquisition, and Product Design to deliver high-impact creative across email, social media, landing pages, and print.

This is an opportunity to:

  • Build scalable creative systems that optimise performance across multiple markets

Key Fact: Email contributes roughly 50% of revenue, with single campaigns generating £1M+ in peak sales. Impactful design isn’t just about aesthetics—it drives commercial success.


What They Need

A senior-level designer who:

  • Comfortably takes ownership of visual execution across full campaign lifecycles (from concept to delivery)
  • Understands the commercial impact of design on sales and acquiring new customers, particularly in ecommerce-native environments, while maintaining high-end visual quality and tech-inspired aesthetics
  • Operates at the intersection of brand storytelling and performance, translating strategy and customer insight into emotionally engaging, commercially effective creative
  • Excels at working across multiple digital channels, including:
    • Email
    • Social media
    • Landing pages
  • Adopts a mobile-first mindset, ensuring designs resonate with modern users
  • Thrives as a cross-functional creative partner, collaborating with marketing, product, and creative stakeholders while confidently presenting ideas and justifying decisions
  • Acts as a brand guardian:
    • Stewards consistency, craft, and quality
    • Challenges conventional thinking by pushing boundaries
    • Ditties to evolving a visual language over time

What You’re Excellent At

A portfolio (or current work) and experience demonstrating:

● Compelling digital marketing design across:

  • Email campaigns
  • Social media assets
  • Integrated brand moments

● Design systems thinking, including:

  • Building and maintaining scalable modular templates in Figma
  • Enabling speed and consistency across markets

● Strong visual judgment and taste to:

  • Refine and evolve a brand’s design language over time
  • Maintain a high standard of execution while remaining innovative

● Data-driven creativity:

  • Incorporates behavioural drivers and performance metrics into design decisions

● Leadership and mentorship:

  • Leads by example
  • Elevates creative standards within a team, freelancers, or peers
