The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an agency setting, be well established and confident running projects on their own/taking ownership of their work. If you’re detail-oriented, collaborative and highly creative, someone who can make their mark and help shape the output of our agency, then this could be for you. You’ll get to design for a broad spectrum of clients and for projects delivered through various technologies, including WordPress, Headless, Framer and custom builds.

We consider ourselves a great place to work, with a supportive team, varied client roster and an excellent work life balance. Evening and weekend work is actively discouraged, and hours are flexible to accommodate life commitments provided deadlines and standards don’t slip. We currently work remotely full time, but we meet for monthly socials, which can be anything from dinner to Oasis!

Responsibilities

  • Working across a range of digital design experiences, including websites, ecommerce and apps.
  • While predominantly UX/UI focused, you’ll also get to work on branding, graphic design, pitch decks and animation.
  • Creating exceptional digital products that exceed client expectations, demonstrating best practices, creativity, and commercial impact.
  • Translating client business needs, user requirements and technical constraints into intuitive and effective designs.
  • Taking creative ownership during the entire project lifecycle, from initial strategy meetings through to design and dev handover, ensuring that deadlines are met on time and within budget.
  • Communicating effectively with our internal development team to ensure your designs are implemented to a high standard and in line with your vision, or to make changes as required to improve cost effectiveness.
  • Working collaboratively with our other team members to execute world-class work, through constructive critique, iteration and guidance from our Creative Director.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
