About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join a strategy-led creative agency specialising in fashion, luxury, and culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about crafting stunning digital experiences for bold, premium brands.
The Opportunity
As Senior Digital Designer, you will:
- Report directly to the Co-Creative Directors and collaborate closely with the UX Lead.
- Own the UI and overall design from initial concept through to full e-commerce website delivery.
- Create responsive digital experiences that balance creativity, usability, accessibility, and commercial success.
- Develop scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Work with developers, contribute to client pitches, and present designs confidently.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, setting high standards with clear feedback and encouragement.

About You
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in digital design, UI, UX, website design, and e-commerce (preferably in fashion, luxury, or premium lifestyle).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Design systems and component-based design.
- Responsive design principles.
- Developer handoff processes.
- A strong visual sense, a knack for storytelling, and an interest in how generative AI can enhance creative workflows.
- London-based standing with right-to-work eligibility (visa sponsorship unavailable).
