Senior Digital Designer - Premium Consumer Brand

West Midlands - Hybrid

£40,000 to £50,000

We're partnering with a premium heritage consumer brand to recruit a Senior Digital Designer who combines exceptional creative craft with commercial thinking.

This is a fantastic opportunity to own digital design across multiple international ecommerce websites while also contributing to CRM, email and social campaigns. You'll work with a close-knit marketing and ecommerce team, helping shape beautiful digital experiences that not only reflect the brand but also improve customer journeys and conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and evolving UX/UI across ecommerce websites
  • Creating wireframes and user journeys in Figma
  • Supporting CRO initiatives
  • Designing email campaigns alongside the CRM team
  • Creating digital assets for paid and organic social
  • Working closely with developers and external agency partners

Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience in digital design
  • Strong UX/UI and ecommerce experience
  • Excellent Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Premium or luxury design experience
  • An understanding of customer journeys & user behaviour

Nice to have:

  • Shopify or Shopify Plus experience
  • Motion graphics or video editing
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
