What You’ll Own
E-commerce & Digital Channel Performance
- Full digital trading ownership of the PWS trade platform, driving performance across all channels.
- Responsibility for traffic, conversions, and revenue through multi-channel digital strategies.
- Leadership of digital merchandising, collaborating closely with product teams.
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
- Planning and executing integrated digital campaigns aligned with commercial goals.
- Social media strategy ownership—leveraging it within an omnichannel mix to boost awareness, leads, and trade engagement.
- Managing external agencies and ensuring adherence to performance KPIs.
- Coordinating all digital channels with wider marketing for alignment.
Data & Insight
- Building data-driven reporting frameworks and fostering a decision-making culture.
- Analysing campaigns, customer behaviour, and ecommerce metrics for continuous optimisation.
- Providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Team & Capability Leadership
- Leadership of the digital marketing team, including specialists in social, PPC, and analytics.
- Encouraging a culture of experimentation and frameworks for learning.
- Supporting broader digital upskilling as the business adopts new tools.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a digital and ecommerce professional with a rare blend of analytical expertise, creative insight, and commercial acumen. Your past demonstrates a track record of impact—moving core business metrics rather than just executing tasks.

Experience Required
- Proven expertise in digital marketing & ecommerce, with multi-channel experience integrating trade, retail, or similar B2B/B2C environments.
- A record of improvement in metrics like digital conversions, lead gen, and performance beyond one-channel specialisation.
- Hands-on knowledge of paid media, SEO, social, and e-commerce platforms, with experience unifying them into cohesive strategies.
- Agency management and full ownership of digital budgets.
- Ability to perfect design-led online positioning—embedding brand excellence in all commercial efforts.
