The Role: Digital Enablement & Change Management
In this busy yet rewarding position, you’ll play a pivotal role in democratising digital tools across the firm, ensuring they drive productivity and business outcomes.
You’ll:
- Advise & enable adoption of Microsoft 365 (including Copilot) and industry-specific tools through hands-on support, clear stakeholder engagement, and a user-centred approach.
- Leverage change management frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.) to overcome resistance and accelerate adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally to define scalable strategies, tools, and best practices that have a broad, lasting impact.
- Build community and peer networks to foster learning, collaboration, and sustained engagement.
- Measure adoption success (engagement, usage, feedback) and refine approaches based on real-world results.
- Design and deliver tailored workshops, coaching, and enablement activities for diverse teams and seniority levels.
- Develop reusable templates and playbooks to enable consistent, scalable adoption beyond one-on-one interactions.

Who You Are
You bring hands-on experience in technology adoption, engagement, or related domains, with:
✔ Proven track record in digital enablement, change management, or similar. ✔ Familiarity with frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and tools for driving change. ✔ Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) or automation workflows—ideally experimenting freely and confidently in this space. ✔ A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset—solutions over rigid processes! ✔ Adaptability to navigate ambiguous or evolving scenarios. ✔ Strong stakeholder communication— capability to build trust with both technical and non-technical teams.
