Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Digital Marketer

Future Fit Group is looking for a results-driven digital marketer to join our team. We want someone curious, analytical, and aligned with our FIT values: Fearless, Impactful and Trusted.

You'll be joining the Digital Marketing function within our well-established Marketing and Creative Department, reporting to our Digital Marketing Lead. The role covers digital marketing delivery across all our group subsidiaries, with a particular focus on our core brand, Future Fit Training, a leading provider of Health, Fitness and Nutrition education in the B2C space.

Day to day, you'll take a hands-on role in planning, execution, and reporting across Paid Media, Website Optimisation, A/B Testing, CRO, and Digital Campaigns. That means managing and optimising campaigns across Ad platforms, interpreting performance data to inform budget decisions, and working within our analytics stack to drive measurable acquisition results. You'll also contribute to web UX improvements, CMS management, and maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

You won't be working in isolation. This role sits within a collaborative environment, working closely with our Content, Communications, and Creative teams to support projects, product launches and other promotional campaigns.

If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong command of paid advertising, and an analytical mindset that always wants to understand what's driving performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential:

  • 1+ years experience with Paid Media platforms including Google Ads.
  • High level of proficiency with managing and interpreting campaign data for budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting and optimisation.
  • Strong understanding and experience of CRO & Analytics integrations e.g. GA4, AHrefs, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, or similar.
  • Strong understanding and experience of web UX application and best practices.
  • Experience working with WordPress or similar Content Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of common data security and governance best practices and implementation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and ability to shift between priorities.
  • Experience in maintaining Brand consistency and alignment.
  • Fully literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
