Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid (UK)
Salary: Up to £84,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to shape and deliver its digital strategy, drive customer engagement, and lead the evolution of its online experience.
This is a leadership role with responsibility for digital channels, website strategy, marketing technology, customer journeys, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives across a complex and well-established organisation.
The role:
Reporting into a senior marketing leadership team, you will define and execute a data-led digital strategy that strengthens brand reputation, improves customer experience, increases engagement, and delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
You will lead a talented digital team, manage agency and technology partnerships, and work closely with stakeholders across marketing, communications, technology, and business functions to ensure digital activities support broader organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing and engagement strategy.
- Own the web experience, digital infrastructure, user journeys, and content strategy across multiple platforms.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and enhance the use of marketing technology, automation, personalisation, and SEO.
- Establish and monitor digital KPIs, using analytics and customer insight to optimise performance and ROI.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Manage digital budgets, resources, agency relationships, and technology vendors.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence digital investment decisions and strategic priorities.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk management across all digital activity.

We're looking for a commercially minded digital leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience in a senior digital marketing, digital transformation, or e-commerce leadership role.
- A proven track record of developing digital strategies that drive traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
- Strong knowledge across SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation.
- Experience with web platforms, CMS solutions, analytics tools, and customer experience optimisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly within complex organisations.
- Strong analytical capability and a passion for using data to drive decision-making.
- Experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing digital teams.
