About the Role

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a critical role, responsible for optimising digital marketing performance across THG Ingenuity’s core solutions: THG Commerce, THG Fulfil & THG Studios. The position leads best-in-class tactics in areas such as:

  • Website performance & CRO
  • SEO strategy
  • CRM & marketing operations
  • Attribution & reporting
  • Paid media & lead generation
  • Marketing lifecycle optimisation

The role collaborates closely with Senior Marketing Manager, Sales, Revenue Ops, Engineering, SEO, Content, and external agency partners to ensure campaigns are aligned to commercial goals and deliver measurable, measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end digital marketing activity across THG Commerce, THG Fulfil & THG Studios, ensuring optimisation against key performance metrics.
  • Own website strategy for thgingenuity.com and thgstudios.com, focusing on:
    • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
    • SEO & organic traffic growth
    • Traffic-to-lead & solution-level campaign support
  • Continuously test and improve website journeys, forms, and conversion points to enhance lead capture, segmentation, tracking, and engagement.
  • CRM & Marketing Ops" – Manage lead flows, automation, tech integrations, and cross-team collaboration to streamline end-to-end processes.
  • Establish marketing attribution best practices, ensuring consistent tracking across all channels and analytics insights.
  • Martech optimisation – Identify gaps, process inefficiencies, and operational opportunities to improve efficiency.

Lead Generation & Nurture

  • Develop lead scoring criteria, nurture workflows, and CRM automation campaigns tailored to each stage of the funnel.
  • Monitor and enhance performance across lead capture, segmentation, qualification, pipeline progression, and deal conversion.
  • Partner with Sales Development & Business Development to refine lead handover processes, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales teams.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Lead B2B marketing dashboard development, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyse digital KPIs across paid media, organic search, CRM, and website performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear performance visibility, key actions, risks, and optimisation opportunities.

Collaborative Leadership

  • Dotted-line management of Paid Media, Content, SEO, and CRM teams, ensuring channel effectiveness and unified delivery.
  • Partner with agencies, engineering, and cross-GTM teams to implement best practice in all campaigns.
  • Champion a test-learn-optimise approach to accelerate lead generation and revenue growth.
