Role Overview
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager plays a critical role in optimising digital marketing performance across THG Ingenuity’s core GTM solutions (THG Commerce, THG Fulfil, and THG Studios).
This role focuses on leading digital and channel best practice, including: ✔Website performance & CRO ✔SEO & organic search ✔CRM & marketing operations ✔Attribution & tracking ✔Paid media (performance marketing, audience targeting) ✔Lead generation & nurture strategies
You will collaborate with Senior Marketing Manager, B2B Marketing Campaign Executive, Sales, Revenue Operations, Engineering, SEO, Content, and external agencies to ensure campaign success—delivering measurable results aligned with commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Leadership
- Lead end-to-end digital marketing execution across THG Commerce, THG Fulfilment, and THG Studios.
- Develop and refine strategies for thgingenuity.com and thgstudios.com, focusing on conversion rate optimisation (CRO), SEO, engagement, and lead-to-customer conversion.
- Continuously improve website journeys, forms, and conversion points to enhance lead capture, segmentation, tracking, and prospect engagement.

Marketing Operations & CRM
- Oversee end-to-end Marketing Operations, including CRM management, campaign tracking, lead flows, tech integrations, and automation alignment with Sales.
- Lead marketing attribution best practice, ensuring consistent tracking and data-driven decision-making for future investments.
- Develop real-time dashboards for B2B performance reporting, ensuring accuracy, actionability, and alignment with business priorities.
Performance Analysis & Optimisation
- Analyse paid media, CRM, organic search, website activity, and lead generation to identify high-impact optimisation opportunities.
- Monitor the full marketing lifecycle (capture → nurture → qualification → conversion) and refresh lead scoring, handover processes, and feedback loops to improve pipeline quality.
- Design and refine lead nurture workflows (CRM-driven automated campaigns) to deliver personalised messaging at each funnel stage.
- Work with Systems & Tooling, CRM teams, and agencies to enhance the martech stack, filling bottlenecks and improving integrations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide direct and dotted-line management of Paid Media, SEO, Content, and CRM teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and optimal channel execution.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Revenue Ops, and Finance to align PTR (Payment Time to Receipt), conversion metrics, and technology improvements.
- Champion a test, learn, and optimise culture to accelerate lead generation, improve conversions, and drive commercial growth.
Stakeholder Reporting & Governance
- Provide senior stakeholders with clear visibility of digital marketing performance, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain brand solutions documentation for THG Commerce, THG Fulfilment, and THG Studios, including co-market serps, fingershots, and proprietary frameworks (e.g., Agency Partner Directory).
