Team information
The Digital Marketing team at Mind is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Officer to lead our paid search strategy across Google and Microsoft, with support requirements for wider digital marketing activity including paid social output.
Mind's new strategy focuses on creating the most positive engagement experience for our supporters across our digital channels.
This role will have a special focus on transforming our paid search output across both Fundraising and Branded communications, to deliver increased revenue and brand awareness outcomes.

Key duties and responsibilities
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who specialises in paid search that wants to make their mark on our strategy through new ideas and innovation.
- You will have a general passion for digital marketing and understand how to use best practice to meet our goals.
- You will be great at thinking up new ideas, with the drive and organisation to bring them to life.
This is a fixed-term contract role for 18 months with the possibility to extend. If London or Cardiff based, this is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office. We will also consider homeworking arrangements for the right candidate.
This role will require a DBS check.
