Senior Digital Officer
Senior Digital Officer
Salary: Grade 7 – £43,680 – £48,003 per annum
Are you someone with an keen interest in improving online customer journeys?
We want someone to join the Customer Experience Team as we move onto the next phase of creating excellent digital service delivery for residents across the council.
Role Overview
This is a multi-faceted role, and we are looking for someone with skills in the following areas:
- Website content writing and management, including an understanding of accessibility
- CRM and digital form UCD (User-Centric Design) and UX (User Experience)
- Customer and service process improvement
- Service design and business analysis
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be working alongside software engineers to:
- Aid in capturing requirements and translating them into end-to-end user journeys
- Be hands-on with content uploading and maintaining
Additionally, you’ll:
- Help customers by monitoring feedback
- Assist with online account or form-related issues
