Senior Digital Officer
Job Description
Senior Digital Officer - Salary - Grade 7- £43680 - £48003pa
Are you someone with an keen interest in improving online customer journeys?
We want someone to join the Customer Experience Team as we move onto the next phase of creating excellent digital service delivery for residents across the council.
This is a multi-faceted role and so we are looking for someone with skills in these areas:
- Website content writing and management including an understanding of accessibility
- CRM and digital form UCD and UX
- Customer and service process improvement
- Service design and business analysis
You'll be working alongside software engineers to aid in capturing requirements and translating them into end-to-end user journeys as well as being 'hands on' in terms of content uploading and maintaining.
You'll also be helping customers by monitoring feedback and assisting with online account or form related issues.
This is a challenging and rewarding environment to work in as we go through the varied requests and customer needs so we're looking not only for a display of technical skills but for someone who can problem solve, challenge the norms and be willing to learn new things along the way.
