Job Title: Senior Digital PR Manager

Location: Leeds | Hybrid (3 days p/w in the office)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus

The Company

This is a well-established, full-service digital agency based in Leeds, offering performance, web, and creative services under one roof. The business is employee-owned and B Corp certified, giving staff a genuine stake in its long-term success and a culture built around shared accountability rather than a traditional ownership structure.

The agency has had a strong run of new business wins across its full range of services, working with a portfolio of global and challenger brands across a wide variety of industries. Its SEO team has become a significant driver of overall agency revenue, built on strong foundations in on-page and technical SEO.

Digital PR is now a clear growth priority. The team has recently won several new Digital PR projects, with more in the pipeline awaiting sign-off, and the agency is looking for an experienced hire to help build and shape the proposition from here, with retained Digital PR work as the long-term goal.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
