Senior Digital Product Analyst – Hybrid/London – Permanent – £60,000 plus benefits
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Product Analyst to join a leading organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and enhancing the digital customer experience across web and app platforms.
Working closely with Product, Marketing, UX, and Technology teams, you'll use customer insight, analytics, and experimentation to influence product decisions, drive optimisation, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a hybrid role where you will be needed onsite 3 days a week.

What you'll be doing:
- Analyse customer behavior using tools such as GA4
- Own digital performance reporting across web and app, defining KPIs and delivering actionable insights
- Monitor feature performance post-release, using insight to drive continuous improvement
- Produce high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements to support agile delivery
- Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to refine backlogs and support sprint planning
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing testing, defects, and release sign-off

- Proven experience working in a similar role within web/apps, along with strong experience with GA4 and digital analytics
- Hands-on experience delivering A/B testing and conversion optimisation initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
