Job Title: Senior Digital Product Manager Department: Tech Reports to: Director of Product Direct Reports: N/A

Hunter Douglas is in the midst of a significant technical transformation, modernizing our global e-commerce technology stack. This is your moment to join and shape the future.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager who transcends traditional product management. You have honed your craft for 5-7 years, owning outcomes, and operating at a strategic level. Your opportunity to step into this role with authentic scope and global visibility is now.

We follow the TEAM values:

  • T – Transparency: Leading by example and inspiring excellence.
  • E – Entrepreneurship: Focusing on what matters with urgency, adapting quickly, and innovately to meet customer needs.
  • A – Accountability: Taking ownership and responsibility for actions and decisions.

  • Customer Service (CS) operations including CS tool ownership, platform migrations, and continuous enhancements
  • Full product lifecycle: discovery, strategy, prioritisation, experimentation, delivery, and post-launch optimisation
  • User experience consistency across global e-commerce platforms
  • Balancing global platform standards with regional market nuances
  • Focus on performance outcomes: measure success in business impact, not feature output

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
