Job Description

As a Senior QA Test Analyst, you will ensure the quality and readiness of our digital platforms by designing and executing robust testing solutions across integration and engineering projects. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-performing, reliable technology that enhances customer and colleague experiences.

Qualifications

As a Senior QA Test Analyst, you will…

  • Design, develop and execute manual and automated test scenarios across digital and integration platforms
  • Own testing activities for assigned projects, ensuring quality standards are met from planning through to delivery
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to define test approaches, identify risks and improve processes
  • Manage defect identification, tracking and resolution, ensuring clear communication across teams and third parties
  • Support continuous improvement of testing tools, frameworks and automation approaches
  • Contribute to integration, regression and API testing to ensure robust, end-to-end system performance

What you’ll bring…

  • Proven experience as a Senior QA or Test Analyst within a fast-paced digital or technology environment
  • Strong knowledge of integration, API and automation testing, with experience across multiple testing methodologies
  • Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, Cypress, Appium or similar
  • Understanding of Agile delivery environments and modern testing practices
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
