If so, we have an opportunity for a Senior Digital Trading Executive to join our Digital team.
Role
The Impact you will have in this role is:
As our future Senior Digital Trading Manager in the making, you will sit at the commercial heart of Digital Trade, owning day-to-day in-season performance across the Regatta brand estate. You will drive sales growth, margin and sell-through, ensuring customers see the right products at the right time through best-in-class on-site navigation, merchandising and stock management.
This role offers the opportunity to lead by example, influence strategy through insight, and help shape the future of digital trading within the business.

As our future Senior Digital Trading Executive you will have 3 plus years experience in the following:
- Owning in-season digital trading performance across sell-through, availability and weeks of cover.
- Optimising site navigation and findability to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Executing the digital trade plan, including campaigns, promotions and launches.
- Driving sales growth through effective stock, range and clearance management.
- Identifying in-season risks and opportunities and acting decisively.
- Analysing performance and promotions to inform future trading decisions.
- Collaborating closely with Trading, Merchandising, Marketing, Data, Operations and Content teams.
- Coaching and supporting junior team members and contributing to a strong team culture.
- Exposure to Bloomreach, Magento and Pimberly or similar systems.
- Experience using BI would be advantageous.
