Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the E-commerce Trading Team through effectively planning, coordinating, and executing all on-site content from trade campaigns through to brand and product launches across the pre-determined territories on a day-to-day basis and where relevant, ownership for key campaigns and promotional events.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, collaborative, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. A key to success in the role would be someone who is able to effectively manage multiple tasks, adaptable to change, and someone who is confident to use insights to propose recommendations on current trade activity to maximize performance.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ownership of the planning and execution of the localised trading plan/calendar
  • Responsible for website and app performance reporting
  • Responsible for BEAUTY BAY website content maintenance and optimisation
  • Responsible for driving visual merchandising strategy and execution
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning and on-site execution
  • Lead end-to-end new brands and product launch onsite execution
  • Provide mentoring & guidance to more junior team members
  • Proactively deliver the trading strategy across content and marketing, collaborating closely with the relevant teams to ensure this is executed to the highest standard
  • Seek out new opportunities in each region, identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic and sales with the support of the Senior Ecommerce Manager
  • Drive and optimise customer journey across multiple regions using data to identify trends and customer behaviour patterns to increase traffic, conversion, and AOV
  • Drive site and UX improvements together with our Developer team
  • Closely collaborate with all key stakeholders in the business and proactively drive business process improvements

  • 2+ years of experience within a Digital/Trading environment is essential
  • Previous experience in website maintenance and optimisation is essential
  • Numerical & Analytical – previous experience in performance reporting is essential
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong communication skills both written & verbal
  • Ability to establish & maintain internal & external colleague relationships
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a wider team
  • Willingness to go above & beyond when necessary to achieve team/business objectives.
