We have a great opportunity for a Senior Direct Marketing Executive working for an international charity. The organisation is entering an exciting period of growth and innovation within its supporter engagement programme. The opportunity to lead the development and delivery of trading, regular giving and lottery programmes, helping to grow supporter engagement, retention and income through data-led and supporter-centric marketing activity.
As part of this exciting role, you will lead the growth of an established online shop and trading portfolio, developing engaging multi-channel campaigns and supporter journeys that increase sales and long-term loyalty. You will also manage end-to-end marketing activity across trading, regular giving and lottery products, using audience insight, testing and performance data to optimise results.

To be successful as the Senior Direct Marketing Executive you will need:
- Proven e-commerce experience, including developing and growing an online shop through successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience creating and optimising customer/supporter journeys using insight, testing and data to drive engagement, retention and income growth.
- Strong campaign management experience with the ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.
