Role Overview:
The Senior Delivery Director is a high-impact, agile role within the Global Campaign Delivery department. This role is designed to drive operational excellence, quality assurance, and seamless execution across all global markets, where required.
This individual will be a deployable global asset, stepping in to support, guide, and optimise delivery across all core disciplines: Organic (campaign operations, social media management), Paid Media/Programmatic, and Production. Operating with a high degree of flexibility, they will split their time between steering campaign excellence for our highest-value (Platinum and Gold) clients, supporting global new business efforts, and aligning/optimising ways of working across regional delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Deployment & Client Excellence
- High-Value Account Stewardship: Act as the senior delivery lead and strategic troubleshooter on key Platinum and Gold client campaigns globally, ensuring flawless execution, risk mitigation, and the realisation of guaranteed deliverables across multiple models.
- Agile Resource Deployment: Rapidly deploy across different markets, client accounts, or departments (Organic, Paid, Production, Social) based on business needs, workload surges, or delivery challenges.
- Unrestricted, Hands-on Support: When assigned to a client, involvement is completely unrestricted. This role requires a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach; you must be willing and able to execute hands-on delivery actions alongside the team to directly improve output, model best practices, and lift the standard of work.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct deep-dives into campaign performance and execution standards on key accounts, ensuring all work meets the agency’s benchmark for industry-leading influencer marketing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
