About Client Leadership

At Huge, Client Partnership is the engine that powers business ownership and the definitive driver of enterprise value. We are accountable for holistic portfolio health—balancing high-stakes relationship stewardship with surgical P&L integrity. Success requires a "triple-threat" leader: a strategic confidant within the client’s matrix, a relentless operator who unlocks new growth, and a champion for the internal teams delivering groundbreaking craft.

The role

Dedicated and driven, the Senior Director of Client Partnership provides both strategic and tactical leadership across multi-million dollar engagements, while keeping up-to-date on daily project activities. We need someone who’s able to identify a client’s business needs and work with both the client and the various Huge teams to understand, define, and build effective and innovative solutions that generate measurable results.

A Senior Director of Client Partnership is the kind of person who will know what you want—and what you need—before you do. They can take on the point of view of both our clients and our internal teams and they know exactly how to express those perspectives, concerns, and requirements to the other side. They must be prepared to be as much of a leader as they are a communicator and mentor.

What We’d Like To See

  • Expert experience leading large-scale marketing and cross-platform experience (web and mobile app) engagements within a design or innovation agency environment.
  • Experience in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or interactive agencies (including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects).
  • An ability to manage long term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams. A sharp mind, a good memory, and an attention to detail are absolutely key.
  • Comfort interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds, from the CEO to administrative support staff. They need to know intuitively how best to facilitate the relationship between Huge and our clients in any given situation.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies and design lifecycle. They should understand the work we do—and the new things we can be doing—as well as they understand our clients.
  • An ability to manage and set client expectations. You combine the client's needs and our awesome abilities and you figure out the way to produce stunning work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
