Senior Director - AI, Data & Analytics
Permanent role - Up to £165k + benefits
London based - Hybrid Working
Role Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Director - AI, Data & Analytics to lead the strategic direction of their data, analytics, and AI capabilities. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide data strategy, delivering AI-enabled business solutions, and building a high-performing team that supports digital transformation and commercial growth.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision-making, oversee modern data platforms, and champion the adoption of AI across the organisation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Data, Analytics, or AI.
- Proven experience developing and delivering enterprise data and AI strategies.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML technologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and data quality best practices.
- Experience delivering business intelligence, reporting, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate business objectives into technology and data initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Experience delivering AI and automation initiatives that drive measurable business value.
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI governance, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Experience building modern, scalable data platforms and architectures.
- A track record of leading organisational change through data and digital transformation.
- Experience developing high-performing data, analytics, and AI teams.
- Background within a regulated or complex commercial environment.
