SENIOR DIRECTOR, DATA & ANALYTICS

LONDON/HYBRID

UP TO £165,000

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to define and deliver a data, analytics and AI strategy within a complex, global environment. You will play a central role in shaping how data is used to drive commercial decision making, operational performance and digital transformation, with full ownership of a scaling function.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Director of Data & Analytics will:

  • Define and execute the enterprise data, analytics and AI strategy, aligned to business priorities
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team across analytics, data science and data engineering
  • Drive adoption of analytics and embed data-led decision making across senior stakeholders
  • Establish data governance frameworks to improve quality, ownership and consistency
  • Identify and deliver high-value AI and machine learning use cases
  • Oversee the development of scalable data platforms and modern architecture
  • Partner cross-functionally within a complex matrix environment to deliver strategic initiatives
  • Translate data into actionable insight to support commercial and operational outcomes

  • Strong leadership experience across data, analytics and AI functions
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within complex, matrix organisations
  • Experience leading multiple teams across analytics, business intelligence and data science
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated delivery of data-driven transformation and organisational change
  • Experience building data governance frameworks and improving data quality
  • Deep understanding of AI, machine learning and advanced analytics applications
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
