About the Role
As Senior Director of EMEA & RoW Marketing, you will be the senior regional leader responsible for owning the EMEA and Rest of World marketing function end-to-end, with full accountability for regional pipeline performance — including pipeline volume, quality, velocity and forecasted contribution to revenue.
Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, you will provide unified strategic and operational leadership across the region, bringing together ABM, Customer Marketing, regional events and field activation under one accountable leader. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how regional marketing operates, moving from an activation-led model to a commercially accountable function with deep ownership of pipeline health, progression and revenue contribution across EMEA and RoW.
You will partner closely with regional Sales, RevOps, Finance, Customer Success, Product, Partner and Global Marketing teams to translate global campaign priorities into regionally relevant execution. With a particular focus on Enterprise and ABM motions, customer cross-sell activation and event ROI, you will play a critical role in driving measurable commercial impact across markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will inherit an established regional marketing team across the UK and Nordics, with scope to evolve the structure as the regional strategy matures. This role offers significant opportunity to design, build and lead a specialist team across ABM, Customer Marketing, regional activation and events to deliver against ambitious regional pipeline goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the regional marketing strategy across EMEA and RoW, balancing global priorities with regional buyer dynamics, market maturity, language and cultural nuance.
- Take full accountability for regional pipeline performance, partnering with Sales, RevOps and Finance on pipeline volume, quality, velocity, stage progression and forecasted contribution to revenue.
- Lead, coach and develop a regional marketing team with clear specialist accountabilities across ABM, Enterprise marketing, Customer Marketing, campaign activation and events.
- Define and execute the regional ABM strategy, partnering with Enterprise sales leaders on named-account selection, orchestration, engagement plays, deal-stage support and measurement.
- Build Customer Marketing programmes that drive cross-sell pipeline, expansion opportunities and customer advocacy across the EMEA and RoW installed base.
- Lead the regional events and field activation strategy, ensuring events are deployed as targeted commercial plays with measurable pipeline impact and return on investment.
- Establish a clear regional operating rhythm, including pipeline reviews, ABM account orchestration, customer activation planning, event planning and performance reporting.
- Translate global campaign playbooks into regionally resonant execution, ensuring campaigns are adapted to local market dynamics while delivering against commercial outcomes.
- Identify pipeline bottlenecks and deploy marketing interventions — including campaigns, ABM plays, customer references and events — where they will have the greatest commercial impact.
- Partner with Business Development to support consistent qualification standards, MQL/SAL handover quality and early-stage pipeline progression across the region.
- Maintain transparent reporting and accountability for regional marketing performance, communicating progress, risks, opportunities and decisions clearly to senior commercial stakeholders.
- Contribute regional insight to global GTM planning, investment prioritisation and resourcing decisions, ensuring EMEA and RoW requirements are well understood and supported.
What we're looking for:
- Extensive senior marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS or technology, with a proven track record of owning regional pipeline performance end-to-end.
- Experience leading regional marketing across EMEA, ideally with exposure to Rest of World markets (ANZ) and multi-country dynamics across different levels of market maturity.
- Proven success leading ABM, Enterprise marketing or strategic account marketing motions with measurable account-level engagement, opportunity creation and influenced revenue outcomes.
- Strong Customer Marketing experience, particularly around cross-sell, advocacy, customer expansion and installed-base growth.
- Experience designing, delivering and measuring regional events as commercial pipeline drivers rather than activity-led field marketing programmes.
- Highly commercial mindset, with the ability to operate confidently in pipeline, conversion, forecast and revenue language with Sales, RevOps and Finance partners.
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence interpreting pipeline data, diagnosing conversion challenges and prioritising marketing investment based on commercial impact.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with experience developing marketing managers across specialist areas such as ABM, customer marketing, events and regional activation.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience operating credibly with senior stakeholders in a matrixed, global organisation.
- Confidence working at the intersection of global strategy and regional execution, translating global playbooks into local market impact.
- Familiarity with modern B2B marketing methodology, including ABM frameworks, intent and signal-based marketing, and AI-augmented campaign delivery.
- A leadership style grounded in accountability, operational discipline, clear communication, inclusive team culture and a strong focus on follow-through.
