What You’ll Own

  • Define and shape the Enterprise Partner experience strategy across:

    • Technical integration
    • Referral operations
    • Residual payment processes
    • Platform migrations

    Translate strategy into an actionable multi-quarter roadmap.

  • Lead and develop a team of 4–7 FTEs, setting goals, coaching, and building capabilities to elevate the Enterprise Partner experience end-to-end.

  • Establish and maintain an integrated program plan to strengthen partner integrations:

    • Standards
    • Success metrics
    • SLAs
    • Quality gates from onboarding through steady state.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution with:

    • Product
    • Engineering
    • Implementation
    • Solutions Consulting
    • Billing/Finance
    • Operations
    • Legal
    • Partner Management To deliver committed outcomes.
  • Own prioritization and sequencing of initiatives using data-driven frameworks (e.g., impact/effort, ROI, risk), making trade-off decisions and communicating rationale to executive stakeholders.

  • Oversee complex technical partner integrations into Worldpay platforms and legacy-to-target platform migrations, ensuring:

    • Risk mitigation
    • Business continuity.
  • Build and enforce integration playbooks, reusable templates, and best practices to:

    • Reduce time-to-live
    • Improve reliability
    • Scale across Enterprise Partners and solution types.
  • Improve and govern referral intake and processing workflows, partnering with Sales and RevOps to ensure:

    • Accurate attribution
    • Visibility
    • Timely handoffs.

  • Enhance residuals calculations and payment processes, partnering with Billing/Finance, to:

    • Implement controls
    • Exception handling
    • Reconciliation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency for partners.
  • Stand up and run program governance, defining:

    • OKRs
    • KPIs
    • Health metrics (e.g., time-to-integrate, defect escape rate, residuals accuracy, NPS/CSAT, migration success rate).

    Publish dashboards and business reviews.

  • Collaborate with Product Management, influencing partner-facing product requirements and roadmap prioritization while championing features that:

    • Reduce integration friction
    • Improve partner economics.
  • Align with Engineering on delivery plans, capacity, and dependencies ensuring:

    • Clear acceptance criteria
    • Test strategies
    • Production readiness.
  • Partner with InfoSec, Compliance, and Risk to meet:

    • Regulatory needs (e.g., PCI)
    • Data privacy requirements

    Across integrations and migrations.

  • Standardize migration methodologies (assessment, cutover planning, rollback, communications) and lead execution for:

    • Multi-partner programs
    • Multi-region initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Partner leads and Marketing to:

    • Support technical improvements under change management
    • Stakeholder communications (partner-facing updates, enablement materials, internal readiness for Sales, Support, Operations).
  • Recruit, select, and evaluate team members, fostering:

    • Inclusive culture
    • Performance-oriented environment Grounded in accountability, transparency, and customer obsession.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7–10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS, with a focus on:

    • Partner integrations
    • Operations
    • Program management
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong background in:

    • Complex technical integrations
    • Platform migrations
    • Partner-facing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across:

    • Product
    • Engineering
    • Sales
    • Finance
    • Operations
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in:

    • Prioritization
    • KPI/OKR ownership
    • Delivering measurable business outcomes
