Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Director - Enterprise Partnerships Integrations & Servicing to join our ever-evolving team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What You’ll Own

  • Define the Enterprise Partner experience strategy across technical integration, referral operations, residual payment processes, and platform migrations; translate strategy into an actionable multi-quarter roadmap.
  • Lead and develop a team of 4-7 FTEs; set goals, coach, and build capabilities to elevate the Enterprise Partner experience end-to-end.
  • Define the Enterprise Partner experience strategy across technical integration, referral operations, residual payment processes, and platform migrations; translate strategy into an actionable multi-quarter roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain an integrated program plan to strengthen partner integrations, including standards, success metrics, SLAs, and quality gates from onboarding through steady state.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Billing/Finance, Operations, Legal, and Partner Management to deliver on committed outcomes.
  • Own prioritization and sequencing of initiatives using data-driven frameworks (e.g., impact/effort, ROI, risk); make trade-off decisions and communicate rationale to executive stakeholders.
  • Oversee complex technical partner integrations into Worldpay platforms and migrations from legacy to target platforms; mitigate risk and ensure business continuity.
  • Build and enforce integration playbooks, reusable templates, and best practices that reduce time-to-live, improve reliability, and scale across Enterprise Partners and solution types.
  • Improve and govern referral intake and processing workflows; partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure accurate attribution, visibility, and timely handoffs.
  • Enhance residuals calculation and payment processes in partnership with Billing/Finance; implement controls, exception handling, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency for partners.
  • Stand up and run program governance: define OKRs, KPIs, and health metrics (e.g., time-to-integrate, defect escape rate, residuals accuracy, NPS/CSAT, migration success rate); publish dashboards and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to influence partner-facing product requirements and roadmap prioritization; champion features that reduce integration friction and improve partner economics.
  • Align with Engineering on delivery plans, capacity, and dependencies; ensure clear acceptance criteria, test strategies, and production readiness.
  • Partner with InfoSec, Compliance, and Risk to meet regulatory and security requirements (e.g., PCI, data privacy) across integrations and migrations.
  • Standardize migration methodologies (assessment, cutover planning, rollback, communications) and lead execution for multi-partner, multi-region programs.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Partner leads and Marketing to support technical improvements with appropriate change management and stakeholder communications, including partner-facing updates, enablement materials, and internal readiness (Sales, Support, Operations).
  • Recruit, select, and evaluate team members; foster an inclusive, performance-oriented culture grounded in accountability, transparency, and customer obsession.

  • 7–10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS, with a focus on partner integrations, operations, or program management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong background in complex technical integrations, platform migrations, and partner-facing programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in prioritization, KPI/OKR ownership, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
