We are looking for an exceptional leader to build and lead Medison's global Total Rewards, People Operations & Technology function.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of how we reward, support, and enable our people. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and serving as a member of the Global HR Leadership Team, this role is primarily focused on strategic Total Rewards leadership, with additional responsibility for People Operations, HR Technology, and People Analytics.
The successful candidate will be passionate about creating scalable, data-driven, technology-enabled people solutions that enhance employee experience, improve operational excellence, and support Medison's continued global growth. This leader will define the long-term strategy for Total Rewards and People Operations while leveraging technology, automation, AI, and analytics to simplify processes, strengthen governance, and enable better business decisions.
In this role, you will lead a team of talented analysts and specialists, driving innovation across the employee lifecycle while ensuring operational excellence and global compliance.
Responsibilities
Total Rewards Strategy
- Develop and continuously evolve Medison's global Total Rewards philosophy and strategy aligned with business objectives and talent priorities.
- Lead the design and execution of global compensation and benefits.
- Build innovative reward solutions that support attraction, engagement, and retention.
- Lead annual compensation planning, incentive programs, and long-term incentive processes.
- Drive global market benchmarking, pay equity, and career architecture initiatives.
- Partner with Executive Leadership on strategic compensation decisions.

People Operations Excellence
- Own and continuously improve Medison's global HR operational framework.
- Design and optimize global HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Standardize and simplify processes while balancing local requirements.
- Establish operational governance and service excellence standards.
- Drive policy management and HR process documentation.
- Ensure strong compliance with internal governance and external regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience through operational excellence.
HR Technology & Digital Transformation
- Lead Medison's HR technology ecosystem.
- Define the HR Technology roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Partner with HR, IBT, and business leaders to translate people processes into scalable digital solutions.
- Drive automation initiatives using AI and emerging technologies.
- Continuously improve HR systems, workflows and employee self-service capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement innovative HR technologies that increase efficiency and deliver business value.
- Champion digital transformation across the HR function.
People Analytics & Insights
- Drive a data-driven HR organization.
- Enhance the global People Analytics strategy.
- Continue to develop meaningful dashboards and executive reporting.
- Generate actionable workforce insights that support strategic decision making.
- Measure the effectiveness of HR programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Leverage predictive analytics and AI to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making across HR.
Strategy, Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Develop the long-term roadmap for the Total Rewards, Operations & Technology function.
- Build scalable global frameworks that support Medison's continued growth.
- Establish governance, controls, and operational standards.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve ways of working.

Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Total Rewards and People Analytics & Operations professionals.
- Coach and mentor analysts and specialists, fostering analytical thinking, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Prioritize resources and capabilities to support evolving business needs.
- Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Finance, IBT, Legal & Compliance, and business leaders globally.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on rewards, operations, technology and workforce insights.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience leading Total Rewards within a global organization.
- Significant experience expanding responsibilities into HR Operations, HR Technology, People Analytics, or HR Transformation.
- Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and global rewards practices.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, leading through change, and influencing senior stakeholders across a global organization.
- Experience leading HR technology implementations, automation initiatives, or digital transformation projects.
- Passion for data, analytics, and process excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and global HR operations.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing analytical teams.
- Outstanding strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience working in complex, fast-growing global organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business, Finance or related field. Master's degree is an advantage.
