Job Description

Senior Leadership Marketing Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader to drive the overall marketing vision, positioning, and execution of our business. This is a senior leadership role for a broad marketing generalist rather than a specialist in a single discipline.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across product marketing, go-to-market activities, customer communication, corporate messaging, digital channels, and web presence. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working closely with scientific-, business development-, and executive leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Leadership
  • Define and lead go-to-market strategies for our product & service portfolio such as CRO, CDMO and overall oligo, and further business initiatives.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to ensure successful market penetration and development.
  • Develop value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
