Senior Director of International Sales at Ataccama

As the Senior Director of International Sales at Ataccama, you will own our go-to-market motion across EMEA and APAC. This is a vital role in how we grow internationally. You will be responsible for driving bookings, scaling a high-performing regional sales organization, and positioning Ataccama as the platform required for organizations to trust their data in order to accelerate AI. You'll lead enterprise sellers across multiple markets, foster a high-performance culture of accountability, drive new logo wins and cross/upsell into existing accounts, and operate as a key member of the revenue leadership team.

Your Challenge

  • Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy across EMEA and APAC that aligns with Ataccama's global revenue goals, ideal customer profile, and local market opportunity. Identify high-potential markets, verticals, and partner channels across EMEA and APAC, and tailor the sales approach to regional nuances.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a team of enterprise sellers across international markets, set clear performance and cultural expectations, and ensure learning and development mechanisms are in place for team members to achieve our goals.
  • Stay directly involved in key deals, supporting the team through complex sales cycles, deal risks, negotiations, and challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives at key customers and partners across international markets.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across a multicultural, multi-region team. Champion collaborative cross-functional communication.
  • Work with counterparts in Marketing, Business Development, and Partnerships to develop repeatable playbooks for winning new logos and building regional channels.
  • Partner with Customer Success to build a practical, repeatable approach to expanding existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and run regular forecast calls and deal reviews.
  • Ensure Salesforce hygiene, enablement session attendance, and adherence to all global sales processes and expectations across the international team.
  • Cultivate a focus on continuous pipeline building, monitoring pipeline health and activity levels to ensure consistent pipeline:quota coverage at the AE and team levels.
  • Stay close to customers and markets across regions to understand where we're winning, where we're not, and why, and translate those insights into adjustments in strategy, positioning, and execution.
  • Handle escalations and support at-risk deals when needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

At Ataccama, our core values are Candid & Caring, so we are upfront about our process and details that are important to you. We sometimes use AI tools to help us with things like reviewing applications, taking notes from screening conversations, scheduling interviews, or supporting assessments. These tools make the process smoother and fairer — but don’t worry, they never make the final decision. Every hiring decision is made by our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, with AI only acting as a helpful assistant. We believe technology should support the process, not replace the human touch.

We currently use AI-assisted tools - Metaview for interview notes and Lever Talent Fit to help highlight key experience.

While we highly value cooperation with all our business partners, we don’t accept unsolicited resumes from any sources other than directly from a candidate. We reserve the right not to pay any fee for sending an unsolicited offer containing the details or resume of a job candidate, even if the relevant candidate is employed by our company.
