Position Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the company's overall market analysis and operational management systems. The incumbent will drive business growth through data-driven insights, optimize the execution efficiency of market strategies, and enhance overall commercial conversion capabilities. Candidates must possess strong data analysis skills, business acumen, and experience in cross-departmental coordination and management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis & Strategic Support

    • Establish and refine market data analysis systems (covering users, channels, competitors, conversion rates, etc.)
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and industry dynamics; produce strategic insight reports
    • Support the formulation of the company’s mid-to-long-term market strategy and business decision-making
    • Monitor core business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Operations System Management

    • Oversee the design and optimization of market operation workflows to enhance execution efficiency
    • Formulate and drive end-to-end management of marketing activities (ad placement, campaigns, channel management, etc.)
    • Establish standardized operational mechanisms and data feedback loops
    • Optimize the allocation of marketing resources and the efficiency of budget utilization
  • Growth & Commercialization Support

    • Drive the implementation of strategies for user growth and business conversion improvement
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to optimize growth pathways
    • Lead the design, execution, and post-mortem analysis of key growth initiatives
    • Identify new market opportunities and growth drivers

  • Team Management & Organizational Development
    • Manage market analysis and operations teams (data analysis, operations, growth, etc.)
    • Establish talent development mechanisms and performance evaluation systems
    • Promote cross-departmental collaboration and enhance organizational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; majors in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related fields preferred
  • 20+ years of experience in market analysis, operations management, or growth-related roles
  • 8–10+ years of management experience; background in managing large teams preferred
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, etc., are a plus)
  • Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Deep understanding of the Internet, technology, or B2B/B2C industries
