Are you an experienced leader ready to drive the strategy, delivery, and growth of a global Professional Services organization? At Evotix, we're seeking a passionate and visionary Senior Director of Professional Services to lead our teams across EMEA and the US, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and alignment with our company values.


What You'll Do

As the Senior Director of Professional Services, you'll define and execute strategy, lead and mentor global teams, champion customer success, ensure operational excellence, drive financial results, collaborate across functions, and innovative service delivery to align with Evotix's goals. Key responsibilities include:


Strategic Vision and Leadership

  • Define and lead the vision for the Professional Services teams across EMEA and the US, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to measure team success and project outcomes across both regions.
  • Establish and execute a detailed regional strategy to scale Services delivery, optimize efficiency, and increase revenue generation.
  • Build strong partnerships with Senior Executives and Regional Leadership to align Professional Services with Sales, Product, and Customer Success strategies.

Customer Outcomes and Satisfaction

  • Champion Customer success by ensuring projects are delivered with the highest quality and drive measurable business outcomes for customers.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
  • Drive Customer retention and loyalty working closely with Customer Support and Success through value-driven engagements and proactive service offerings.

Operational and Implementation Excellence

  • Oversee the delivery of Professional Services engagements to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Review and provide feedback on relevant project management deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot project issues and engage appropriate resources as needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support and Success teams to support seamless onboarding and service delivery for new customers.
  • Implement standardized processes, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and consistency across EMEA and US teams.
  • Monitor resource allocation and utilization to ensure optimal capacity planning and productivity.
  • Resources - Work with Professional Services teams in other regions to load balance resource requirements across regions.

Team Management and Development

  • Lead and mentor a geographically distributed team of Professional Services Consultants, Project Managers and other Services staff members across EMEA and the US.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture by providing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent to support the growing needs of the EMEA and US regions.
  • Ensure that team performance reviews and standards are maintained on a consistent basis.

Financial and Budget Oversight

  • Manage and own the P&L for the EMEA and US Professional Services organization, ensuring profitability and alignment with revenue goals.
  • Work closely with Global Resource Manager, relevant Staff and Stakeholders to meet revenue and utilization targets.
  • Proactively ensure there is a strong focus on commercial viability of all projects to ensure that staff across teams have appropriate utilization levels and that resources are used effectively.
  • Forecasting - Facilitate revenue and effort forecasting to allow proactive management of revenue and resources for the Professional Services team.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for regional operations, balancing cost efficiency with quality service delivery.
  • Provide regular financial and operational reports to the Senior Leadership team.
  • Provide month-end departmental reporting.
  • Dashboard reporting of key metrics (early warning systems).
  • Revenue, utilization, resourcing and forecasting performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure alignment of Professional Services with company goals.
  • Sales Support
    • Support sales process particularly on larger opportunities.
    • Authority and responsibility to approve services estimates and Statements of Work.
    • Review/prepare Statements of Work for specific project engagements, ensure appropriate commercial coverage and risk mitigation strategies are documented.
    • Review/prepare services estimates covering all related areas to undertake implementation and that all assumptions, inclusions, exclusions are clearly documented.
    • Ensure committed dates to deliver sales proposals/estimates/tenders etc. are adhered to.
  • Work with regional leadership to integrate services into broader go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the Product team based on customer insights to inform feature development and roadmap prioritization.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

  • Drive initiatives to innovate service delivery models and incorporate emerging best practices.
  • Regularly analyze customer feedback and service delivery data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to position Evotix as a leader in Professional Services delivery.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Professional Services experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles overseeing multiple regions.
  • Expertise in Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile or PMP).
  • SaaS industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced training or certifications are a plus.
