Senior Director, Outbound Growth

Senior Director, Outbound Growth

Location: Remote – United Kingdom

Role Summary

The Senior Director, Outbound Growth serves as the programme management lead for OPEN Health’s outbound growth function, collaborating closely with the Associate Manager, Outbound Growth Operations—a direct report—to oversee the entire outbound campaign workflow from briefing through to pipeline entry. This position orchestrates timelines, coordinates inputs from multiple stakeholders, enforces operational standards, and tracks performance. The Associate Manager executes campaign mechanics: constructing target lists, configuring outreach sequences, managing data quality, and maintaining real-time dashboards.

Neither role underscores commercial strategy or manages client relations. Instead, these decisions lie with Global Client Partners (GCPs), Practice Business Development (BD) leads, and Growth Data & Intelligence. Their respective inputs—prioritisation, messaging, and targeting—are translated into scaled, timely campaigns via the collaborative efforts of the Senior Director and Associate Manager.

Key Relationships

  • Associate Manager, Outbound Growth Operations A direct report, this role ensures hands-on execution (list building, cadence setup, dashboard upkeep, data quality checks, launch execution). The Senior Director directs priorities, maintains workflow efficiency, and guarantees adherence to deadlines and standards, fostering a unified operational unit.

  • Global Client Partners (GCPs) Receives account priorities and campaign briefs. The Senior Director ensures these align with timelines and delivers results per GCP requirements.

  • Practice BD Leads Provides practice positioning and buyer direction. The role ensures campaign content and targeting reflect practice strategies while coordinating workflows across all practice teams.

  • Practice Outbound Teams Maintains cross-practice visibility, prevents schedule conflicts, and enforces shared operating standards (e.g., cadence principles, follow-up protocols).

  • Growth Data & Intelligence Actively manages the handoff of targeting models, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) data, and intent signals into campaign execution.

  • Growth Operations Defines technical requirements and manages system requests for CRM configurations, automation, and reporting needs.

  • Senior Leadership Reports status, pipeline metrics, and session performance to CEO, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and Executive Growth Strategy (EGS) leadership.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Programme-Manage the Outbound Campaign Lifecycle

  • Lead end-to-end campaign workflow (brief → pipeline entry), ensuring timely execution and adherence to standards with the Associate Manager.
  • Curate a collaborative campaign calendar, scheduling based on GCPs’ briefs, Practice BD input, and internal integrations, assigning cross-CRM work streams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
