The Role
You will lead both the Technology and Product functions, setting strategy while ensuring high-quality delivery across a key digital platform.

- Define and execute the long-term technology and product strategy aligned to business goals
- Own and evolve the product roadmap, from discovery through to delivery
- Lead the development of scalable platforms, including the integration of AI capabilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Oversee engineering, architecture, and delivery standards to ensure robust system performance
- Build and develop high-performing product and technology teams
- Establish clear KPIs, metrics, and governance to drive accountability and performance
- Manage third-party vendors, budgets, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong leadership experience across both Product and Technology functions
- Proven ability to define strategy and deliver complex digital and technology programmes
- Experience operating within matrixed or multi-stakeholder environments
- Comfortable influencing senior leadership and aligning diverse priorities
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Experience leading platform development and driving innovation, including exposure to AI or advanced technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience establishing governance, KPIs, and delivery frameworks
