This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape the future of technology and product strategy within a complex, global environment. Their London-based team plays a central role in developing and scaling digital platforms that support global operations. The organisation is continuing to invest in technology, including AI-driven capabilities, to enhance its core systems and future growth.

The Role

You will lead both the Technology and Product functions, setting strategy while ensuring high-quality delivery across a key digital platform.

  • Define and execute the long-term technology and product strategy aligned to business goals
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap, from discovery through to delivery
  • Lead the development of scalable platforms, including the integration of AI capabilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Oversee engineering, architecture, and delivery standards to ensure robust system performance
  • Build and develop high-performing product and technology teams
  • Establish clear KPIs, metrics, and governance to drive accountability and performance
  • Manage third-party vendors, budgets, and resource planning
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong leadership experience across both Product and Technology functions
  • Proven ability to define strategy and deliver complex digital and technology programmes
  • Experience operating within matrixed or multi-stakeholder environments
  • Comfortable influencing senior leadership and aligning diverse priorities
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Experience leading platform development and driving innovation, including exposure to AI or advanced technologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience establishing governance, KPIs, and delivery frameworks
